Summer Camps

Train This Summer, To Shine All Season

At Attack Sports, every practice and camp is designed around our five core elements of a great training session looks like:

  • FUN: Practices are engaging and enjoyable, fostering a love for the game through competition and positive coaching, especially for younger athletes.
  • LOOKS LIKE THE GAME: Drills replicate real game situations, using small-area games and increased pace to ensure skills transfer effectively to actual play.
  • PUCK TOUCHES / REPETITION WITHOUT REPETITIVENESS: Athletes receive countless puck touches with slight variations in each drill to prevent monotony and build versatile skills.
  • CONSTANT DECISION MAKING: Drills challenge players to scan, recognize patterns, and make quick choices, rather than simply following patterns and instructions.
  • CHALLENGING: Drills are designed to push athletes just outside their comfort zone, enough to promote growth, without causing frustration. This helps athletes to learn, adapt and improve quicker.

Why these elements matter:

Motivation: Fun and challenging keeps players excited and always wanting more.

Skill Development: Game-like situations and high puck engagement accelerate fundamental skills and hockey IQ.

Player Engagement: Continuous decision-making keeps athletes mentally involved and invested in their own growth.

To bring these elements to life, our camps feature station-based practices, small ability-based groups, and a low athlete-to-coach ratio, ensuring every player receives individualized coach feedback and maximum ice time / puck touches. Lines are minimized, drills are purposeful, and every athlete has the opportunity to develop faster, smarter, and more confidently.

From foundational skill camps to advanced position-specific and competitive programs, Attack Sports delivers a development experience where every drill, every rep, and every interaction is designed to help your athlete grow on and off the ice.
