Attack Sports Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
By registering for any Attack Sports programs, camps, tournaments, leagues, training sessions, or activities (collectively, “Programs”), you automatically agree to these Terms and Conditions, as well as all relevant liability waivers provided for each program. Each program’s waiver may contain additional, program-specific requirements and policies.

1. GENERAL TERMS
Attack Sports reserves the right to cancel, postpone, combine, or alter programs, instructors, leaders, dates, and/or times. Registrants will be notified of any changes via email.
Attack Sports may refuse service to anyone due to violent, threatening, abusive, unsafe, or illegal behavior, intoxication, theft, and/or policy violations. No refunds and/or credits will be issued for refused service.
Minimum participant requirements apply for programs, and Attack Sports reserves the right to reschedule and/or cancel programs if minimum participants are not met.
2. REGISTRATION MISREPRESENTATION
Any false or misleading information provided at registration (e.g., age, skill level, team, and/or contact information) may result in removal from programs and/or tournaments with no refund or credit.
This includes registrations submitted by Team Managers, Head Coaches, or other representatives on behalf of multiple participants. Attack Sports is not responsible if the person registering does not have full authority to register all participants.
3. PARENT and PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Parents, guardians, and participants must maintain respectful and safe behavior at all programs, camps, tournaments and/or leagues.
Disruptive, abusive, or unsafe behavior, including inappropriate social media posts, can result in removal with no refund or credit.
Attack Sports reserves the right to enforce these rules to protect athletes, staff, and program integrity.
4. EQUIPMENT and FACILITY RESPONSIBILITY
Participants must wear appropriate athletic clothing, indoor footwear, and approved protective equipment for all on-ice and/or training activities.
Attack Sports is not responsible for lost, stolen, and/or damaged personal property or equipment.
Participants and teams are responsible for any damage caused to Attack Sports facilities and/or any third-party arenas, rinks, or spaces used for programs. Costs for repair and/or replacement will be billed to the responsible party.
5. INJURY and LIABILITY
Participation carries inherent risks, including injury and/or death. Attack Sports and its staff cannot be held liable for injuries, accidents, and/or medical issues arising from participation.
Coaches and instructors are not liable for errors, omissions, and/or improper instruction during programs and/or training sessions.
Participants must have adequate insurance to cover injuries and/or damages and assume responsibility for any associated costs.
No compensation will be provided for injuries sustained during any program, training, or tournament/leagues.
6. MISSED SESSIONS and MAKE-UP POLICY
Missed training sessions, camps, programming and/or activities are generally not eligible for make-up classes, refunds, and/or credits.
Attack Sports may, at its discretion, offer make-up sessions and/or program credits in limited circumstances, but there is NO GUARANTEE.
7. REFUND and CANCELLATION POLICY – Individual Programs
7.1 Summer Camps
Full Refund: Cancellation within 24 hours of registration, provided it is prior to May 1, 2026
Partial Refund: Cancellation between 24 to 72 hours after registration, provided it is prior to May 1, 2026, minus a 5% administration fee.
After May 1, 2026: No refunds or credits for any summer camp registrations, including cancellations within 24 to 72 hours.
7.2 Skill Development Camps (on-ice and off-ice)
Full Refund: Cancellation more than 30 days prior to start date.
Partial Refund: Cancellation 24 to 72 hours after registration, more than 30 days prior, minus 5% administration fee.
No Refund/Credits: Cancellation within 30 days of start date or due to injury.
7.3 Strength and Conditioning Programs
48-hour Cancellation: Must cancel at least 48 hours prior to scheduled session for a credit. Otherwise, the session is forfeited with no refund and/or credit.
No make-ups guaranteed for missed sessions.
7.4 Skill Development / 1-on-1 / Small Group Training
48-hour Cancellation applies. Missed sessions without proper notice will not be credited or refunded.
7.5 Tournaments and Leagues
60-day Cancellation: Cancellations must occur at least 60 days prior to start for a refund/credit minus 20% administration fee.
No Refunds/Credits: Cancellations within 60 days of the start date.
Misrepresentation of division, skill level, and/or age may result in removal from the tournament with no refund and/or credit.
7.6 Attack Hockey Club
Initial deposits and registration payments are non-refundable.
After payment deadlines (see parent manual), credits and/or refunds are not available, unless government restrictions or facility cancellations occur.
Behaviour Policy: Parents / Participants who are removed from the program due to violent, unsafe, or non-compliant behaviour will not be eligible for any refunds and/or credits.
8. FORCE MAJEURE / UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES
Attack Sports is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes caused by pandemics, natural disasters, government restrictions, and/or other events beyond its control.
Options may include rescheduling, credit for similar programs, and/or prorated refunds, at the discretion of Attack Sports.
9. INTEGRATION with WAIVERS
Each program includes a detailed liability waiver that contains program-specific policies, including but not limited to injury, equipment, and participation rules.
By registering, participants and guardians automatically agree to all Terms and Conditions and program waivers.
10. POLICY AGREEMENT
By registering for any Attack Sports Programs:
- You acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions.
- You agree to abide by all policies, including conduct, safety, refund, cancellation, and liability rules.
- You understand that all policies are binding and legally enforceable, and you voluntarily accept the risks associated with participation.
