Grade 1–9 Training (LTAD)

SESSION DETAILS

Small Group and 1-on-1 Options: Individualized attention for optimal growth

Equipment: Athletic clothing, clean athletic indoor shoes, water bottle required

Duration: Varies by program (typically 45–60 min sessions for LTAD; 60–90 min for High School / College / Pro)

Safety First: All programming is coach-supervised and tailored to athlete ability

POLICIES

No Refunds/Credits for Missed Sessions: All sessions are considered booked once registered.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy: Must cancel at least 48 hours in advance; otherwise, the session is forfeited.

Waiver Required: All participants must have a signed waiver prior to participation.
