Here we work on posture, gliding and basic stride mechanics to get your young athlete off on the right foot. This is ideal for our younger athletes as they develop the fundamentals and technique

BEGINNER

STRIDE DEVELOPMENT and MECHANICS
For athletes focused on speed, power, and efficiency:
1.) Posture, knee bend, ankle flexion, and stride mechanics

3.) Edge control, arm swing, foot angles
4.) Quick starts and vertical crossovers
SKATING with the PUCK
Combine skating and puck skills at speed:
1.) Stickhandling while moving
2.) Controlled puck protection
3.) Speed and acceleration with puck control
CONDITIONING and PERFORMANCE
Get game-ready for the season or recover from injury:
1.) Game-specific conditioning
2.) Anaerobic and strength focused skating
3.) Stamina and repeat shift training
4.) Recovery from specific injury or concussion
SESSION DETAILS
30-Minute Sessions: roughly 22–25 minutes of active skating/training time
Equipment: Helmet, Skates, Gloves and Stick are required (shin pads, elbow pads and pants are recommended, but not required)
Water: Bring your own water bottle
NOTE: Session times vary based on athlete rest and instruction time

POLICIES
1.) No Refunds or Credits: Missed sessions cannot be rescheduled
2.) 48-Hour Cancellation: Must cancel at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise session is forfeited. No credits and/or refunds will be provided
3.) Safety Requirements: Helmet, Skates, Gloves and Stick are required (shin pads, elbow pads and pants are recommended, but not required)
