Our programs include youth programs for ages 5 to 15 that focuses on fundamental movement skills and follow the LTAD model. Adult programs including boot camps, yoga and classes for toddlers. We offer girls-only classes for fundamental movement skills and yoga. We also offer small group and one-on-one training!
Our hockey development programs include on-ice sessions through our Attack Athletic Academy, morning skill development, spring hockey development and summer development camps! At our facility, we have a skating treadmill session to improve skating technique and our shooting centre to work on your shot and stick-handling technique!
Our camps are a great opportunity to develop a variety of technical skills in a supportive and fun environment! Our program teaches a wide variety of sports and activities in our week-long sessions including - agility training, basketball, baseball, flag football, floorball (floor hockey), invasion games, small area games, soccer, yoga and much more!
