Our programs focus on proper movement mechanics, age-appropriate strength and power, injury prevention, and overall athletic performance. Every session is designed to give athletes maximum repetitions, coach feedback, and results that carry over to games, practices, and everyday movement.

Game Ready Skills

At Attack Sports, hockey players of all levels can develop real skills, confidence, and game awareness that last beyond a single season. Every session is structured to maximize puck touches, decision-making, and game-like situations, giving athletes the tools to perform at their best on the ice.

Our on-ice camps provide structured, high-intensity training with professional coaches. Athletes focus on power skating, edge control, puck handling, battle situations, small-area games, and position-specific skills. Camps are fast-paced, engaging, and designed to keep athletes moving and learning. All while having fun and building confidence on the ice.

Take your training to the next level in our purpose-built facility. Athletes can book private sessions on our skating treadmill and/or synthetic ice for shooting, stickhandling, passing, and face-off instruction. Sessions are fully personalized, hands-on, and game-focused, with 1 on 1 coach feedback every step of the way to ensure players leave with skills that directly translate to game situations.
