ATTACK SPORTS PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: July 27, 2026
This policy explains how Attack Sports Inc. handles personal information through our websites, mobile application, facilities, programs, bookings, registrations, and related services.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use our services, we may collect:
- Account and contact information, such as name, email address, phone number, authentication details, and communication preferences.
- Athlete and family information needed to provide training, including profile details, program eligibility information, registrations, attendance, waivers, and answers you submit.
- Booking, purchase, membership, credit, refund, and transaction records. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored in full by Attack Sports.
- Device, security, push-notification, diagnostic, and limited usage information used to operate, protect, and improve the service.
- Messages, support requests, feedback, and other information you choose to provide.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Create and secure accounts and provide requested app features.
- Schedule and deliver training, bookings, registrations, memberships, payments, receipts, support, and communications.
- Maintain attendance, safety, waiver, and service records.
- Prevent fraud, investigate misuse, diagnose technical issues, and improve reliability and usability.
- Meet legal, accounting, tax, insurance, and regulatory obligations.
3. Mobile device permissions
- Camera: used only when you choose to scan a payment card during checkout. Attack Sports does not store the camera image.
- Calendar: write-only access is requested when you choose to add a booking or training session to your device calendar.
- Face ID or device biometrics: used to unlock the app when you enable that feature. Biometric data remains under the control of your device and is not received by Attack Sports.
- Notifications: used for schedule, booking, service, and account updates when you opt in.
You can change these permissions in your device settings. Core account access is not conditioned on granting optional permissions.
5. Retention and account deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy and for applicable legal, accounting, tax, insurance, safety, and dispute-resolution requirements.
A signed-in customer can request deletion from Profile and settings under Data and account. A seven-day cancellation period follows the request. After that period, direct identifiers are erased or de-identified unless retention is required. Financial, waiver, attendance, and safety records may be retained only for legitimate legal or operational requirements.
6. Information about minors
Many Attack Sports programs serve minors. A parent, guardian, or other authorized adult should create and manage athlete profiles and provide information about a minor only when authorized to do so. Contact us to review, correct, or request deletion of a minor's information, subject to records we must retain.
7. Your choices and rights
You may update account information in the app, disable notifications or other permissions in device settings, withdraw optional biometric unlock, request account deletion, or contact us to ask about access, correction, consent, or deletion. Rights vary by location and may be subject to lawful exceptions.
8. Security and policy updates
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security measure is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel.
