Get Fast

The foundation for almost every sport is proper running mechanics. Through a fun and challenging environment, the 60 minute Get Fast class focuses on giving youth guidance on pace, stride, and mechanics of proper running. By the end of the 4 sessions, athletes can expect to increase speed, confidence, and competence in their running.


$79 for 4 sessions

(1 session a week x 4 weeks)


Begins week of Sept. 28th.
