Sport Specific Volleyball Programs

Volleyball is a sport of few movements repeated many times. Volleyball players desperately need strength to avoid injury, power to jump higher, agility to play great defense, and rotational velocity to hit the ball harder. This program is perfect for athletes looking to physically improve during both the school and club seasons.

How it Works

Athletes have the option of purchasing our Bronze, Silver, or Gold packages. There are open gym sessions from Monday to Friday that athletes will have the option of attending. Athletes will have access to their program on TeamBuildr and will complete each session under the supervision of an Attack Sports Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Drop-in sessions are 3 hours in length. Athletes can arrive at any time throughout the session but should arrive with enough time to complete their 1-hour workout. For example, an athlete signed up for a drop-in time on Wednesday from 3:30-6:30 should arrive no later than 5:30.

BRONZE PACKAGE (1 Training Program + 30 Training Sessions + 1 Initial Assessment + 1 End of Year Assessment)

Includes: 2 1-hour physical assessments and 30 training session credits to be used between September and May.

Price: $799+GST ($99/month)

SILVER PACKAGE (1 Training Program + 42 Training Sessions + 1 Initial Assessment + 1 End of Year Assessment)

Includes: 2 1-hour physical assessments and 42 training session credits to be used between September and May.

Price: $1159+GST ($144.88/month)

GOLD PACKAGE (1 Training Program + 54 Training Sessions + 1 Initial Assessment + 1 End of Year Assessment)

Includes: 2 1-hour physical assessments and 54 training session credits to be used between September and May.

Price: $1519+GST ($189.88/month)

After purchasing one of our training packages, please book a 30-minute testing session before attending any drop-in sessions.
