Attack Performance Prep (APP)

The Attack Performance Prep (APP) program runs from June to August and is designed for athletes who want to maximize their development and get ready for the upcoming hockey season.

APP delivers focused, high-repetition on-ice training combined with off-ice strength and conditioning, challenging athletes to improve skating, puck control, shooting, and overall athletic performance. Sessions are fast-paced, intense, and structured, giving players the on-ice skills plus strength and conditioning needed to compete at higher levels.
