Attack Sports Jr. PREP - ELITE HOCKEY for the spring and summer of 2024 will feature rigorous, high-intensity practices. This program is specifically designed for dedicated and high-achieving athletes who are deeply committed to honing their skills, building self-confidence, and gaining a competitive edge. Athletes in this program have the flexibility to attend various weekend events, including Jr Camps, Alberta Cup, CSSHL Tryouts, Draft Day Tournaments, Prime Tournaments, and more. Attack Sports is committed to accommodating athletes who wish to participate in Quadrant AAA/AA Hockey Spring/Summer Tryouts, making every effort to ensure schedules align as much as possible.

REGISTRATION is done by APPLICATION ONLY​​

• Sixteen (16) Weeks - April to July 2024​​​​​

• Program runs roughly FOUR (4) days per week

  • 30 On-Ice Development Practices 

    • Roughly TWO (2) practices per week

    • High Intensity Individual Skill and Tactics Development​

      • Each practice will build 'Elite Player Habits'

• 2x per week strength and conditioning​​

  • ONE (1) Team Training Session (weekly set time)

  • ONE (1) Small Group Session (booked individually)

    • Both at Attack Sports Training Facility​​

  • EIGHT (8) Classroom sessions ​

    • Guest Speakers, Presentations centred around being an 'Elite' Athlete​
