Athlete Specific Hockey Programs
Hockey is an extremely physical sport and athletes who don't train like it fall behind or end up injured. Our Athlete Specific Training Programs ensure that the athlete's body gets exactly what it needs to succeed.
How it Works
Athletes have the option of purchasing our Bronze, Silver, or Gold packages. There are open gym sessions from Monday to Friday that athletes will have the option of attending. Athletes will have access to their program on TeamBuildr and will complete each session under the supervision of an Attack Sports Strength and Conditioning Coach.
Drop-in sessions are 3 hours in length. Athletes can arrive at any time throughout the session but should arrive with enough time to complete their 1-hour workout. For example, an athlete signed up for a drop-in time on Wednesday from 3:30-6:30 should arrive no later than 5:30.

BRONZE PACKAGE (1 Individualized Training Program + 20 Training Sessions + 1 Initial Assessment + 1 End of Year Assessment)
Includes: 2 1-hour physical assessments and 20 training session credits to be used between September 11 and March 15.
Price: $799+GST ($133/month)
SILVER PACKAGE (1 Individualized Training Program + 30 Training Sessions + 1 Initial Assessment + 1 End of Year Assessment)
Includes: 2 1-hour physical assessments and 30 training session credits to be used between September 11 and March 15.
Price: $1049+GST ($175/month)
GOLD PACKAGE (1 Individualized Training Program + 40 Training Sessions + 1 Initial Assessment + 1 End of Year Assessment)
Includes: 2 1-hour physical assessments and 40 training session credits to be used between September 11 and March 15.
Price: $1299+GST ($216/month)
