Drop In Classes

DROP IN CLASSES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your class!  

    • This will allow your athlete enough time to get ready for their training session.

    • Failure to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled training session may result in your training session cut short in scheduled time.

  • 'No Shows'

    • If an athlete does not show up during their scheduled time, they forfeit their time slot and will not receive a re-fund for their missed appointment.  

    • If the athlete is late for their appointment, ATTACK SPORTS staff will try and accommodate the training sessions, but may not be able to depending on how busy the schedule is for that particular late arrival.​

  • Active wear is required! (Shorts, track pants, t-shirt, long sleeve, hoodie, etc). 

    • Clean, dry athletic shoes are MANDATORY​

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What ages are appropriate for your dryland sessions?

  • We offer age appropriate sessions for 8-10 year olds, 11-12 year olds and 13-15 year olds. Currently, we offer one class for 16-18 year olds at our facility. Sessions are designed by our qualified staff and are based on windows of trainability as well as long term athlete development. 

What should my athlete bring to their training session?

  • We recommend that athletes wear the same clothing they would to be active!  

 

Do you have water available of the athletes?

  • We have a state of the art Elkay water bottle filing station

  • We also sell our very own ATTACK SPORTS shaker bottles

    • Shaker bottles are $9.99 which also includes a Thrive 'BLAST' (premium antioxidant beverage)

      • Kids love BLAST - which is healthy alternative to your typical sports beverages

    • Individual 'BLAST' can be bought for $3.00 per package or 2 packages for $5.00​​​

8-10 Year Olds

We introduce the concepts of agility and conditioning through different activities and games. Ability to change direction and balance work are incorporated through relays and obstacles to move through. The emphasis is on learning safe movement mechanics and having fun! Activities will depend on the size of the group!

11-12 Year Olds

We introduce the concepts of agility, conditioning, mobility and strength through different activities, drills and games. Ability to change direction and balance work, use of different movements to improve mobility, use of circuit or interval training and the basics of strength training are incorporated in this class. The emphasis is on safe movement mechanics and techniques while having fun! Activities will depend on the size of the group!

13-15 Year Olds

We work on the concepts of agility, conditioning, mobility and strength through different activities, drills and games. Ability to change direction and proper posture, use of different movements to improve mobility, use of circuit or interval training and the different types of strength training are incorporated in this class. The emphasis is on sfe movement mechanics and techniques while having fun! Activities will depend on the size of the group!

'FUN'damentals

Our ‘fun’damentals classes are broken down into two age groups: 8-11 year olds and 12-15 year olds. Here participants get to use different aspects of agility, conditioning, mobility and strength in minor games that are run by one of our instructors. Games are fun and inclusive of the entire group. Activities will depend on the size of the group.
