Off-Ice Training Programs

At Attack Sports, our overall programs are designed with our athletes in mind. By providing a comprehensive program that includes not only physical training ('dryland') but educational sessions as well, we are able to provide athletes with the knowledge and foundational skills to be successful. Ultimately, we want to develop the 'whole' athlete!

We currently offer three packages which include:

  • Four (4) sessions

  • Twelve (12) sessions

  • Customized package

Types of Sessions

At Attack Sports, our programs are age-appropriate and focus on windows of trainability for our younger athletes as well as developmentally appropriate movements and techniques. Our programs are evidence-based and utilize fundamental movement skills, physical growth and motor development theories, and age-appropriate training goals that aid in the development of a foundation for more complex and sport-specific movements and skills.

We offer sessions that focus on:

  • Agility - Sessions focusing on SAQ (Speed, Agility & Quickness) and reaction time for athletes.

  • Conditioning - Higher intensity sessions that focus on increased heart rate over a prolonged time.

  • Strength - Emphasis on technique and strength/power development over a period of time.

  • Customized - Program design determined through collaboration with teams.
