About Our Camps 

Our multi-sport camps are a great opportunity for participants to develop a variety of technical skills in a fun and supportive environment! Our program teaches various fundamental movement skills that can be used in a wide variety of activities and sports during our week-long camps.  Some typical activities/sports your young athlete may experience are TAG, spatial awareness activities, TGFU (Teaching Games For Understanding) striking and fielding games, invasion type games, throwing and catching games, small area games, agility training, and much more!
