8-10 Year Olds

Agility & Multi-Directional

Mondays 4-5pm

In this class, we work on the ability to quickly change directions and be more explosive while maintaining balance. Acceleration, deceleration, direction changes with proper posture, quickness, reaction time and stabilization are the focuses of this class! Emphasis on learning safe movement mechanics in our SAQ foundation!

Conditioning

Wednesdays 4-5pm

Prepare for your spring season through participation in our aerobic activities, drills and games. Our classes will include running, circuit training and interval training. Here you will learn techniques to maximinze your endurance, performance and recovery! We emphasize basic movements through fun activities and games!
