13-15 Year Olds

Agility & Multi-Directional

Mondays

7-8pm

In this class, we work on the ability to quickly change directions and be more explosive while maintaining balance. Acceleration, deceleration, direction changes with proper posture, quickness, reaction time and stabilization are the focuses of this class! We have an additional emphasis on the quickness aspect focusing on the ability to react and make direction changes.

Conditioning

Thursdays 

7-8pm

Prepare for your spring season through participation in our aerobic activities, drills and games. Our classes will include running, circuit training and interval training. Here you will learn techniques to maximize your endurance, performance and recovery! We will incorporate more complex techniques and preparation for competition.

Mobility

Wednesdays 

7-8pm

In this class we will focus on the whole body by using different movements to address all aspects that may limit movement and athletic performance. The primary objective is to improve your ability to move efficiently and effectively!

Strength

Tuesdays

7-8pm

In this class we will build on the basics of strength training and introduce different styles of strength training such as endurance, strength and power. Safety and technique will continue to be an emphasis as we utilize various pieces of equipment.

For the mobility component, we focus on the whole body by using different movements to address aspects that may limit movement and athletic performance. 

Strength & Conditioning

Tuesdays & Thursdays

7-8pm

In this class we will focus on the basics of strength training with an emphasis on safety and technique. There will be an introduction to different types of equipment and different styles of strength training including endurance, strength and power. Also, we will teach techniques to maximize endurance, performance and recovery through interval and circuit training.
