11-12 Year Olds

Agility & Multi-Directional

Mondays 6-7pm

In this class, we work on the ability to quickly change directions and be more explosive while maintaining balance. Acceleration, deceleration, direction changes with proper posture, quickness, reaction time and stabilization are the focuses of this class! We incorporate more balance exercises through games and relays!

Conditioning

Mondays 5-6pm

Prepare for your spring season through participation in our aerobic activities, drills and games. Our classes will include running, circuit training and interval training. Here you will learn techniques to maximize your endurance, performance and recovery! We will build on the basic movements and introduce more complex techniques to further enhance your skills!

Mobility

Wednesdays 6-7pm

In this class we will focus on the whole body by using different movements to address all aspects that may limit movement and athletic performance. The primary objective is to improve your ability to move effectively and efficiently. 

Strength

Wednesdays 5-6pm

In this class we will focus on the basics of strength training with an emphasis on technique and safety. Exercises will be whole body with core engagement as a primary objective. There will be an introduction to different types of equipment and the benefits of each type.

In this class we will focus on the basics of strength training with an emphasis on technique and safety. Exercises will be whole body with core engagement as a primary objective. There will be an introduction to different types of equipment and the benefits of each type.
